We also do like to see copies of other evaluation reports, summaries and studies that your project carries out, as well as copies of any media coverage that you get and if you are printing campaign materials such as posters, we do ask to receive copies of these also. We have agreed Outcomes with the Big Lottery Fund as one of the conditions for their grant supporting The Drinkaware Trust. These Outcomes have provided the basis for questions 4, 5, 6 and 7 in the Evaluation Form. You may find that answering question 7 (measurable reduction in alcohol related harms among people involved in the project) falls outside the scope of your project in which case please indicate this. However, if you can incorporate a way to gather information in this area, please do so. In order to answer questions 5 and 6, you could consider before and after questionnaires with people who the project aims to reach, in order to determine whether there has been an improvement in knowledge and attitudes. We can discuss this with you or provide suggestions for model questions if this would help. |

It is important for us to be able to gather standardised evaluations from the projects that we fund in order to be able to compare them and to gain an overall picture of how successful our local initiative funding is. Therefore we have produced a brief standardised evaluation form which we would like funded projects to use – it can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. We encourage applicants to read this form before they apply.
